Service Description

Web Accessibility Checker provides automated website accessibility scanning based on WCAG 2.1 guidelines and the European Accessibility Act requirements. Results are informational and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee compliance.

Free Scan

The free scan is limited to 5 scans per hour per IP address. Results are provided as-is without warranty. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free scan at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Web Accessibility Checker is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of scan results. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on scan results.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs on this website are the property of METIS Digital SAS. The accessibility widget code is licensed to subscribers for use on their websites during their active subscription.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Marseille, France.
