Each issue in the report includes a specific fix description. The most common fixes are: adding descriptive alt attributes to images, increasing text contrast ratios to 4.5:1 minimum, associating form inputs with label elements, ensuring all interactive elements are keyboard-focusable, and adding a visible skip-to-content link at the top of each page.
