Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases (such as the one-time audit report) made through Web Accessibility Checker.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR, exclusive of tax (HT). Applicable VAT is calculated automatically based on your location.

• Starter: 29 EUR HT/month or 290 EUR HT/year
• Pro: 79 EUR HT/month or 790 EUR HT/year
• Agency: 199 EUR HT/month or 1990 EUR HT/year

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan. One-time purchases are charged once at checkout and do not renew.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By subscribing or purchasing a one-time report, you expressly request immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
