Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all paid subscriptions purchased through Web Accessibility Checker.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR, exclusive of tax (HT). Applicable VAT is calculated automatically based on your location.

• Starter: 29 EUR HT/month or 290 EUR HT/year
• Pro: 79 EUR HT/month or 790 EUR HT/year
• Agency: 199 EUR HT/month or 1990 EUR HT/year

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By subscribing, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
